Setting up a workflow of any complexity
PRODEXY has a queue system with customizable task processing. Any task can be routed between queues. Changeable elementary status (open / closed, etc.). Anything can be represented as a queue: a department or a logical group of employees (like two lines of technical support). Each task type can have its unique workflow. You can add additional conditions (for example, a change of status or queue transfers are unavailable unless the task is agreed, or the time is written off for the task. We have worked hard on the workflow system. As a result, almost anything is possible!
Write off labor costs, restrict on the write-off period (decide how long the time write-off function will be active for a completed task) to discipline employees. PRODEXY analyzes Labor costs for any period in various aspects (by projects, by employees, etc.). It is even possible to control labor costs by personally approving each individual write-off.
Analytics feature allows to measure the return on investments, track your deadlines, employees, and their progress. Analysis can be presented via graph or table of quantitative indicators (how many requests were created for the period, how many were closed, how many are still open) and labor costs in various aspects (by projects, types of requests, etc.). In addition, you can connect to PRODEXY using Excel and get online access to all the data for deeper analysis.
PRODEXY contains a powerful task scheduling tool. Tasks are displayed on the calendar. You can see the big picture in terms of task deadlines. It is possible to track the status of tasks at checkpoints, view progress reports, group by project, executive, type, status, priority, etc.
You can add additional fields of any type in accordance with business requirements. If necessary, you can create your own database and use it as a reference.

PRODEXY allows to suspend work on certain tasks and automatically reactivate them when the time at which the task execution is postponed comes. It will not affect the configured SLA.

Comments and tasks can be registered with e-mail. Just put PRODEXY in a copy to receive correspondence and files!
The process of protocolling the meeting has been automated. PRODEXY supports the transfer of overdue tasks from the previous protocol, instructions, new deadlines, status reports, verifications, protocol signature.
